Time for a break.
For the next couple of months, I’m going to take a break from posting.
Now, this isn’t to say that I will no longer post new photographs.  In fact, unless this message was written, most people would be none the wiser unless you carefully read the date the photograph was taken.
For the time being, I will be posting shots taken over the course of the last year (with an occasional new film shot).
I am actually taking time to study my own work as a means of becoming a better photographer.  As a opposed to taking shots and then posting them within the next three days, I am going to let my work from February through May sit on my desktop.  By allowing them to not be immediately posted, I can (a) take a closer look at the development of my photographs, (b) not rush just to post for posting sake, and (c) actually review some of the works of others who I truly appreciate and learn what make their photographs so great.
In the meantime, I hope you enjoy some “hidden” gems from the past or “reworks” of my favorites.
The new photographs (well, new to you) will begin being posted in about ten weeks.  I hope you begin to see the improvement that I’ve already witnessed over the past few weeks.
